Conditions of Use

30 Day Guarantee / Warranty -- Our 30 day warranty/guarantee simply means if the game does not work as the manufacturer intended, we will replace that item with another of the same exact item. We require notification to be made within 30 days of placing your order (45 days for "Special Order Items"). If you have any problems with an item or items, please contact us within 30 days for replacement. Sorry, no refunds of any kind (even if your order has not been shipped). No Exchanges will be made once 12 hours has passed from the time your order is paid for. This is because we actually have to Special Order the item you purchased and we are unable to cancel the order once it is placed.

Chargebacks -- Any chargeback made, via PayPal, Credit Card or Bounced Check, will incur a $25.00 or 25% Chargeback Fee, whichever is more (as allowed by law). If you have any problems, questions or concerns about an order or charge, please contact us as soon as possible for resolution. Unpaid amounts will be sent to collections after 30 days and reported to the major credit reporting agencies.

Other conditions/terms will/may be added in the future. It is your responsibility to check this webpage for additional information each time an order is placed.

Media Mail -- US Postal Service Media Mail shipping is available. However, according to the USPS, Items which contain internal electronic components are NOT available to go Media Mail. If you choose Media Mail and the package is inspected to be found ineligible, the customer will be responsible for "Postage Due" by the USPS or re-payment for shipping charges to re-ship the order to the customer. We only offer this method for lowest-possible-price shipping on CD or DVD merchandise. We will only ship how you choose -- No upgrades are made without your consent and payment, unless we choose to at our own expense. You will be notified when your order is shipped if a FREE Shipping Upgrade has been made to your order.

Returned Packages -- We ship all orders to the shipping address provided by you during checkout. We do not modify shipping addresses for proper punctuation or clarification. If you choose to mis-spell your street name, for example, and it is returned undeliverable, you must pay to have the package re-shipped, including handling fees (generally, the same amount you paid to start with). If shipping was free, re-shipping your package will cost the actual USPS charge we pay to ship the item twice. If a return/refund is issued, the amount paid in shipping for the returned package will be deducted from the refund/credit amount. We don't get refunds on shipping charges from the carrier, so if the address error was made by the customer, then we must pass that charge on as well.
