Shipping Charges -- We offer a variety of Shipping Options, automatically. However, due to the nature of computers, some shipping calculations may be 'off'. In the event a shipping & handling charge turns out to be higher or lower than the amount you've paid, we reserve the right to issue you a credit or request payment from you the next time you place an order with us.
If you are an international customer, you may inquire before completing the checkout procedure as to exact shipping costs. Your shopping cart does "estimates" as well as saves your cart information indefinitely (assuming you have a free account with us).
Handling Charges -- While we do handle games all the time, handling charges are defined as packaging & costs for accepting your payment. We try hard to keep costs as low as possible and we only charge as close to our cost for packaging supplies as possible.
Returning Merchandise -- Occasionally, you may need to return something to us.
- If the return is due to something WE did or failed to do, we will issue you Store Credit for use towards a future purchase equal to the cost of USPS Media Mail Postage for the package you return. This means if you elect to send the package back USPS Priority Mail and pay $8.10, we will only issue credit for the cost of Media Mail for the weight of the package you shipped. Make sense? Sorry, we do not issue REFUNDS for any reason, at any time AFTER an order has been shipped. If you are able, we can easily send you a pre-paid mailing label for returning the order to us (assuming you can re-use the same packaging it was shipped to you in).
- If the return is due to something YOU did or failed to do, we will happily accept your return under the policies of Selling or Trading with Us. Please see the appropriate page in the "More Stuff" box to the left. Please make sure the item you are purchasing is correct for the system or configuration you already possess. Sorry, we do not issue REFUNDS for any reason, at any time AFTER an order has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we will happily refund your order, part of your order or allow an exchange in credit of the item(s) you accidentally ordered.
- In-Store Returns are processed in a similar fashion, without the shipping charges. Returns within 30 days for defect reasons will be inspected (tested) to check validity of claim. If the item is defective, a replacement will be made of that identical item. If said item is not immediately available, we will, at our option, special order the same game as a replacement or issue store credit for the actual cost you paid for that item (tax not included). A receipt is required for all exchanges.
Note: All returns REQUIRE a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE you ship anything to us. The return period is 30 Days from Date of Transaction.
