What condition is this item? After the title are the follow explanations of description:
(GAME) = Game cartridge or disc only.
(BOX) = Original box and cartridge/disc.
(COMPLETE) = Original box, book, cartridge/disc included.
(NEW) = Brand new, factory sealed.
(NM) = No Manual Included when NEW (new games have manuals on disc)
So if the title is "SUPER MARIO BROS. 3 (GAME)" then you know the game is cartridge only!

Yes, sometimes we're unable to fix a game that's had a little too much damage. We use a machine called a JFJ Easy Pro, which is the same machine other video game stores use. These machines can repair all discs with the exception of Bluray discs.

The best machine on the market, however, is called the Eco Master. This machine costs well over $10,000.00 to own. There is a company here in Sparks called www.SureDisc.com which has one of these machines. They do nothing but polish discs for consumers. However, they charge $5.95 per disc to have your disc returned to factory new condition (including Bluray!). If you have us send the disc out for repair, they charge us a discount. Turnaround time for up to 3 discs is about 24 hours. More discs require more time (generally a 2nd day total).

We always attempt to fix discs on-site at a low $2 (including tax) price. However, if we can't fix it, we offer to send it out for this professional buffing solution. If we can't fix it, we don't charge you! Plus, we guarantee our discs repairs and, if you're okay with waiting, we'll install your 360 game or test out your PS1, PS2 or Xbox game right here to make sure it boots!
